JOB TITLE: GL Accountant （Temp）

DEPARTMENT: Finance

REPORT TO: Finance Manager

DATE: April 2012

Purpose of Position

To handle the general ledger accounting function in line with Group and PRC accounting regulations and coordinate with all other functions to ensure the subsidiary ledgers are maintained and reconciled to the general ledger balance.

KEY RESULT AREAS AND PRINCIPLE REPONSIBILITIES

• Upkeep and maintenance of GL in compliance with Group and PRC accounting regulations and coordinate the timely month-end closing.
• Coordinate and prepare monthly accounts reconciliation for review by the Finance Manager and Finance Director.
• Prepare tax, finance and statistics reports per local authority requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of F1 and Budget projection.
• Assist in the annual audit.
• Perform ad-hoc projects which are assigned by the Finance Manager or Finance Director.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• University graduate with a major in accounting
• 5 years working experience in accounting
• Excellent professional opportunity for a mature, self-motivated individual with excellent attention to details who possesses the highest level of integrity.
• Working knowledge with SAP system is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of account reconciliation.
• Good working skill in MS office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
• Good working command in Chinese and reasonable English writing skill.
• Ability to communicate well and work as a team player.
