ASSISTANT TO MANAGER OF CLIENT SYNTHESIS CHINA



1. Responsibilities

The SCL Manager China has the responsibility of the "customer synthesis" of all vehicles in series production and development for the Chinese market, for two brands Peugeot and Citroën.

He participates in the development of performance goals for customer vehicle projects in collaboration with product managers in China. He provides the clients’ performance evaluation and the synthesis of automotive projects for product objectives in consistence with the specifications and policies of brands.

2. Activities

The assistant to manager SCL China actively participates in all aspects of client business synthesis:

- Attend meetings concerning customers’ service with vehicles project teams and product managers and represent the opinion of the Chinese customer throughout the project progress (meetings to set performance goals, decision meetings, GT services etc..)

- Organize competitor list, which means to evaluate the customers service of competing vehicles before setting goals of services of future projects

- Organize missions of vehicle synthesis of car prototypes and preproduction while ensuring confidentiality requirements, assess vehicles customer service under development

- Ensure compliance of vehicles press

- Attend DPAD, DCAD and CAPSA communication teams during the press operation for the launch of new cars

- Participate in the analysis and resolution of defects brought up by customers

- Participate in the drafting of documents project milestones and status reports of project completion

- Ensure consistency of operating modes and consistency of activity with the SCL core activity of DM / AC-AP / DPRD / SCL

- Follow the news of the automotive market and know the policies branded products,

- Establish the budget needed to carry out the tests on vehicles.

Moreover,in virtue of the interpretation of French/ Chinese or English / Chinese, he will translate the test reports in both languages and participate in meetings and debriefings as a a role of interpreter.



3. Qualifications

Education : Bachelor Degree

Experience Required:
Good experience of driving "client" to be comfortable driving and a passenger, even over long distances.
Optional:
Experience gained in service trials, business or automotive product design,
Experience in a field of automotive technology,
Experience flying car

A "plus": Car culture, interest in the automotive product.

Additional training required: Driving courses until PSA level AESP

Languages / Computer:
Preferably: level French interpreter / Chinese or English / Chinese Otherwise,
good level of French or English (speaking, reading, writing)
Knowledge of office software (word, Excel, etc..)

Skills:
To be autonomous, have the initiative
Have an analytical mind
Have a spirit of constructive criticism and weighted
Have a rigorous organization
Know how to communicate in oral and written
Have a good driving and a fine perception of the Automotive
Have a good technical knowledge of general automotive

Mobility: Expect many trips
