Mission
Market Survey Specialist mainly responsible for:
- Effectively implement customer or product oriented market research projects with delivery
- Support Clinic test related to future product plan
- Market/Consumer analysis
Major Responsibilities
1. Customer study and Marketing Survey
Effectively and proactively communicate with internal stakeholders for the obejectives of each market research project.
Design and implement best practices in research projects within budget.
Good quality control on institute fieldwork & deliverables.
Present and summarize of the studies result
2. Clinic Test (Concept, Styling) support related to future product plan
To take part in the development of the specifications of the tests with the product development team
To ensure the objectives of the tests are addressed and requirements adhered to
To monitor the work of the institute on-site (in the field)
Delivery of Product Test Result
3. Other analysis tasks according to department needs.
Technical Skills
1. Be familiar with Marketing Survey Procedure
2. Basic knowledge of Vehicle Styling
3. Basic knowledge of consumer market (auto related)
4. Strong analysis skill
5. Skilled with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word…)
Soft Skills
Decision making,responsibility,team spirit,communication,quick learning,work standards,problem solving,customer orientation

TOEIC is preferred
