Mission
？ In collaboration with French technical team/ our Chinese partners (JV) / supplier, realize the design & development for Dashboard & Console of the Chinese vehicle
？ Lead team to ensure deliverable within timing and good quality for project
？ Apply LEAN principle during product development,
Major Responsibilities
？ Styling & Technical convergence
？ Components concept choice
？ Prepare Styling brief : technical requirement for styling phase
？ Guide team for styling & Class A surface issue analysis and making technical proposal
？ Ensure technical input for each milestone to support Class A creation
？ Participate Architecture, Class-A and Styling meeting
？ Design/Development
？ Work on Mass evaluation & reducing weight.
？ Make Ergonomic / regulation analysis
？ Take into account for the design :
- The Interfaces
- Architecture
- The Process constraints: foaming / injection / assembly (welding…)
- The performance requirements: durability, NVH, Head impact, Knee impact…
- The cost, weigh and quality requirements.
- Material performance & selection
- Grain / decoration / Color selection
- The Planning
？ Check DFMEA
？ Check EDE plan, lead team to finish robustness and officialisation according to EDE plan.
？ Design robustness check ( respect of guideline, Spec…), make report
？ Interface integration
？ Process feasibility checking
？ Take part in different meetings (internal or supplier meetings) for the product and process convergence.
？ Realize technical review
？ Check supplier delivery
？ Validation
？ Set up or check PIV plan (CAE / Pre VRS / VRS)
？ Follow up CAE analysis and Physical test
？ Lead analysis the test result and make solution for failure.
？ Project / supplier management
？ Assign job to different team member and review each member’s delivery;
？ Writing Tech. Specification & prepare RFQ, ensure robustness of RFQ document.
？ Setup project planning
？ Check CTF / CSE/ PCP
？ Participate supplier technical survey
？ Participate to provide technical opinion before supplier choose
？ Participate and Lead different meeting with supplier
？ Participate to ensure deliverable requirement according to Q3P
？ Participate to engineering change process (FETE), make technical analysis.
？ Manage mass convergence and provide vehicle composition;
？ Manage working relationship with JV and supplier.
