职位描述/Position Description

负责内饰零部件的国产化开发及管理工作
Responsible for the localization development and management of the interior trims

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

1.供应商选点支持 Supplier sourcing support：

准备报价资料包和分析供应商的反馈

Prepare the RFQ package and do the suppliers answer analysis

2.零部件开发 Parts Development

按照APQP/AQMPP进行零部件国产化开发，确保零部件满足技术标准以及项目节点的要求。

Parts localization development according to the APQP/AQMPP; ensure that the parts can meet the technical specification and the program requirements.

3.供应商管理及提升 Supplier management and improvement

按照APQP/AQMPP进行供应商进度管理，并对高风险供应商进行提升活动。

Schedule management for the suppliers according to the APQP/AQMPP, and improvement activity for the high risk suppliers

任职要求/ Qualifications：

1.车辆、机械工程、材料相关专业, 大学本科或以上学历

Bachelor or master degree in vehicle engineering/mechanical/material engineering

2.具有两年以上内饰零部件工程或开发方面的相关经验

Minimum of 2 years development experience for the interior trims

3.熟悉内饰零部件的技术要求及其生产工艺

Familiar with the technical requirements and the manufacture process for the interior trims

4.具有内饰零部件常见问题解决的经验

Experienced in solving the normal issue for the interior trims

5.熟悉TS16949流程的优先

Familiar with TS16949 experience plus

6.具有良好的英文口语及书写能力

Fluent English in oral and writing,

7.能够熟练运用MS软件，会三维绘图软件的优先（CATIA、UG、PRO-E等）

Familiar with the MS Office applications，and the 3D modeling software plus (CATIA、UG、PRO-E etc.)

8.诚实，可信，良好的团队合作精神

Team player, dependable and honest

TOEIC is preferred
