MISSIONS
In the field of Localization in PRC of chassis development and chassis tuning, the missions are the following:
? Realize subjective test to evaluate comfort, chassis behaviour, steering agreement, etc…
? Give orientations and solutions for Quality, Eco Tech, Product questions for the project in serial life in DPCA and CAPSA
JOB DESCRIPTION
Activities : Principal components in the assignment of the position “Dynamic Road Analyst” are:
? In Project :
At the conclusion of the technical convergence of the Dynamics Road Service in the development phase, contribute to the follow-up of conformity in Dynamic Road in industrial phase starting with EL thru to Press vehicles. To guaranty coordination between RS Europe and the local LAS teams until phase EL and to ensure the role of Summary Manager starting from the JML, with the support of CLDR for projects requiring it.
? In Manufacturing/ Production :
To check the conformity of output of the Dynamic Road field according to the Project/Mark predictions and the research/ knowledge in the Dynamic Road field (running production vehicles, coherency and follow-up RVCV), in particular at the time of local integration of the components LAS post-launching. To ensure the role of Summary/Analysis Manager for the production stages of the China vehicles except complementary launchings which will be treated according to a development scheme project.
? Quality Control :
To lead the analysis necessary for the treatment or the taking into account of quality defects in the Dynamic Road field in projects’ industrial phase (starting from the EL) and in launching stages, to evaluate the level of importance, to suggest and confirm related technical solutions with the organ teams.
? CHINA Market :
To build the vision of the Chinese market in the field of Dynamic Road: follow market evolutions (product, regulations), BENCHMARK studies (customer services and consumerism, active safety), analysis of competition (vehicles, process development in Dynamic Road services), positioning vehicle groups in reference to the competition based on the Press test drives. To propose modifications of the cdc services for the China sector and to make sure they are taken into account by RS Europe.
? Correspondant DPTM :
To be the chief correspondant of Product Management and China Market for all requests coming under the services Dynamic Road in the process of production /launch stages.

？ Remark: a training by a French engineer will be provided.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Skills:
Academic Training: Mechanical
Specific Academic Training: Chassis
Experiences: 5 years of experience in chassis development,


Languages: Fluent English or French or both (spoken and written)
Behavioural Ability: driving licence since 5 years and drive each day
Rigorous and with good technical analyse ability; good communication skills

TOEIC is preferred
