Responsibilities:

- Management of the GM’s diary and appointments.

- Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer queries where possible

- Liaise with relevant individuals and organizations to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes. Follow up and drive action plan.

- Help prepare reports, memos and presentations.

- Collect all mail and message addressed to the GM.

- Draft, type and dispatch the GM’s correspondence as requested.

- Maintain a comprehensive filing system.

- Co-ordinate the GM’s travel.

- Tabulate and retrieve the GM’s official expenditures and claims.

-Help organize regular conference calls and meetings, and prepare reference materials.

- Undertake any other duties as requested by the GM.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business or a relevant discipline from a reputable institution.

- A minimum of five years GM/DGM secretarial experience.

- Good computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience of working within a MNC. Electronics or semiconductor is highly preferred.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English is mandatory.

- Proven ability to multi-task and to tight deadlines.

- Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.

- Flexible working time based on the work requirement.

- Driver license holding is preferred.
