职位描述
Admin Internship
Responsibility:
- Mainly responsible for reception affairs, receiving phone calls.
- Daily office administration, such as stationery booking, ticket and hotel arrangement, staff shop management, forms preparation.
- Other tasks as instructed by immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate students in administration or other relevant majors.
- Good command of English and office software skills, Cet-6 is required.
- Relevant intership experience in multi-national company is preferred
- Active, take initiative, responsible, patient, well organized,good interpersonal skills.
- At least work for 4 days per week.
