Responsibilities

- Based on the company’s strategy, establish company’s compliance system, process and tools:

Guideline, process, daily routine on compliance and internal investigation for Business Development, Project Development and Property Management phases.

Strategy and guideline for how to select/work together with external resources.

Annul regular on spot audit/investigation plan.

- Act as key coordinator of the company, organize and coordinate both internal and external resources to implement compliance systems, process and tools.

- Work together with relevant functions for action plan and follow up of each audit/investigation, reporting the result to company’s management group.

- Continually identify activities subject to compliance coverage and assess the degree of risk inherent in the activity.

- Advise all relevant functions regarding the adequacy of policy, procedures and appropriate controls.

- Deliver all Compliance Training and Orientations to improve the compliance culture.

- Any other tasks assigned by line manager or company management group.

Qualifications

- Good knowledge on the methodology & SOW of the compliance and investigation management for multinational companies.

- 10+ years of solid risk assessment, investigation management experiences. Real estate industry is a plus.

- Strong self-motivation and dependable in achieving goals.

- Strong organizational skill, attention to detail and skill to set priorities.

- Work effectively both as a team member and independently.

- Diplomatic and effective communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal.

- Good planning and execution capability and interpersonal skills.

- Highly effective in promoting a positive, productive work environment
