职位目的：
实施和协调开课前期所有的行政工作，保证课程质量，以确保满足客户需求，保证开课的效力和效能。
主要工作职责：
1、协助处理所有和开课有关节的行政工作，包括但不局限于以下：安排讲师的住宿，预定培训场地，联系学员，准备培训教材，打印证书，申表发票等。
2、协助配合财务部门做好关于发票、付款等工作。
3、协助及时提交报表（周报、月报、P&L、Accrual、Delivery KPI)，且保证数据的准确性。
工作指标和主要结果：
1、在课程服务方面，达到零顾客投诉。
2、协助及时准确地提交报告。
3、做事认真负责，细致耐心。
