Summary：
EY Human Capital practice work closely with clients who have an internationally mobile workforce. We serve large MNCs as well as smaller local enterprises on all areas of effective planning of cross-border issues for their expatriate assignees. EY is the leading firm in this business in the PRC and HK areas. The services that we provide our clients in this area includes tax return compliance, tax planning to both the assignees and the employer, consulting services on effective compensation structuring (including equity based remuneration schemes) for expatriates, and working with companies on expatriate policy design and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and account for his/her own book of accounts .
• Manage the daily activities of team and assure the efficiency and accuracy of the work performed by team members.
• Ensure all work done in compliance with the company policy & protocols .
• Manage account receivable, work in process for his/her portfolio .
• Provide good coaching to staffs and seniors. Manage the expectation of staffs and seniors.
• Maintain good client relationship and actively seek for business service opportunity .
• Participate in public seminar/conference to enhance the HC branding .
• Build up own net-work out of HC team (i.e. with other service lines, with overseas HC teams, etc.) to expand HC business opportunities.

Requirements:

• University graduates with a minimum 8 years of compliance & consulting experience with a focus on payroll, personal tax, compensation and benefits in another international consulting firm or similar background .
• Possess strong technical capabilities in aspects of payroll and taxation compliances .
• Extensive experience in managing large client portfolio for both MNCs and local enterprises .
• Capable of developing and establishing client relationships and managing the team effectively .
• Team player, energetic, mature and flexible .
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. For the position in China, excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin is preferred .
