职位描述
1, Material Planning:
- Optimizing MRP parameters and orginize team to release the forecast and purchase order to supplier on time.
- Coordinating with Engineering and purchasing team in order to define the supplier and release the purchase order for NPI materials on time.
- Guide team with stock strategies, in order to optimize the stock structure and reduce purchased materials stock days continuesly.
2, Material Procurement:
- Orginize material planning and procurement team to follow up the delivery from supplier closely and improve the OTD from suppliers continuesly.
- Coordinae with purchasing and quality function to reduce the pruchasing lead time from suppliers.
- Work with Purchasing and quality functions for supplier performance management and providing information to team for suppliers selection and strategies.
3, Team Management: Team building and team work efficency improvement.
