Job Responsibility：

1. Solve some technical issues in mass production, and optimize the process continuously in production line;

2. New product development (including the structure, material, process, etc.), and standardize the manufacturing process and technical points for new products.

3. Team management and development.(about 6 members in the team)

Job Requirement：

1. College and above, good in both written and oral English;

2. At least 4 years experiences in product structure design, tooling design, etc. good knowledge of material and technique;

3. Strong metal product or Plastic products processing technical

4. Good leadership, problem-solving ability, results-oriented and communication skill.
