工作职责：
1.全面负责大型购物中心（商场）的经营管理工作；

2.负责购物中心（商场）品牌招商和动线规划；
3.完成集团下达的各项经营指标；
4.制定本购物中心（商场）的年度计划和预算，并监控购物中心（商场）各部门的成本和预算执行情况；
5.负责市场开拓、客户关系维护、日常业务管理；
6.负责购物中心（商场）的管理团队建设；
7.公司下达的其他与购物中心（商场）有关的工作。

任职要求：

1.大学专科或以上学历；
2.五年及以上大型购物中心（购物广场或超大型百货商场）运营管理经验；
3.丰富的招商、市场推广和物业管理等大商场综合管理工作经验，具有大型购物中心/购物广场/商场新项目筹备开业经验者优先考虑；
4.具有一定的英语阅读水平，个人形象良好，善于沟通和表达，思维清晰；

5.对商场的运营成本和收益有清晰认识，有制定并监控各部门年度计划、预算、费用报表等经验，良好的数字认识和成本分析能力，熟练操作Excel, Word, PowerPoint等办公室软件。

岗位职责：
Major Responsibilities:



1 Prospecting of the area and searching of suitable premises.
· Studying thoroughly the store potential of his area
· Searching in the selected areas suitable premises for the setting up of Dia % stores.
· Keeping the status updated of those commercial premises which are suitable for Dia in his area
· To investigate and study the market regularly

2. Negotiation and signing the operations
· He will negotiate with the landlord the agreement terms for the lease of the premises.
· Study the legal feasibility of the operations.
· With the support of the legal department he will draw up the lease agreement.
· He will be in charge of making the standard file (catchment area of the store, number of people living in the catchment area, competitors location, etc…) for the approval of the operation.




3. Coordination work with other Departments
· Coordinate our technical department with the landlord for the proper hand-over of the premises between the landlord and our works department.
· Ensure the hand over of the premises at the proper time and conditions to start the works of renovation.
· Coordinate the license granting for opening stores with license granting team(especially in getting related documents ready for the licenses i.e. chain store business license, tobacco retails license, fire control approval, etc. )
· Assist in dealing with the issues that are related with the fulfillment of both parties of the lease contract



Requirements:


- College degree or above


- Experience in retailing or real estate companies will be an advantage


- Good communication and interpersonal skills


- Hard worker on environment with pressure and difficulty
