职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.The Marketing Communications Manager will work closely with our brand, creative, product and program teams, as well as with our Executive Staff, to ensure all communications are consistent with our brand and corporate image.
2.Under the direction of the Director of Marketing/Vice GM, the Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for the oversight and development of all Gewara's advertising, member and provider materials.
3.It includes working with creative team with Graphic Designers, Media Coordinators and other giant partners; setting strategic direction for the development of creative materials; managing the creative development and production process; and providing overall project management.
4.The Marketing and Communications Manager also supports the Director of Marketing/Vice GM to develop and drive the marketing plans (including print, online, social media, and digital) for all Gewara's products and Branding including Movie Channel and others all over the country.
5.Additional responsibilities include: providing strategic support for Gewara's communications and public relations initiatives, overseeing composing process, managing advertising media placement, and overseeing purchasing activities for all marketing collaterals and promotional items.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in Advertising, marketing, public relations, Journalism or related field.
2.Three or more years in marketing and communications, copywriting and creative development agency, and/or public relations area preferred. Must poccess strong knowledge of marketing and communications in the managed care industry.
3.Experience in both B2C and B2B communications is desired.
Understanding of the most current, online public relations and processes is required.
4.Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must.
5.Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing marketing communications plans; editing the content and design of creative materials; detail-oriented with strong project management skills; ability to work in changing, fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal skills.
6.Intermediate knowledge and experience in system applications including Adobe Creative Suite applications and Video Suite preferred.
