Position Purpose
职位概要
Provide effective business and administration support to sales team by managing the commercial support and sales administration team to assist them in achieving sales & profit budgets and continuously improving customer satisfaction.
管理销售支持团队为销售提供高效的后方支持以协助完成销售预算及利润预算,并且不断提高客户满意度。
Responsibilities
工作内容
Manage sales support team, including branch office sales support team.
管理本事业部的销售支持团队,包含各办事处的销售支持成员;
Use various internal sales supporting resource to optimize the business and improve the productivity.
通过各项内部销售支持资源实现商务优异化,提高生产力;
Responsible for the communication to operation and finance division to insure the fluency of all procedure.
负责与营运, 财务等部门的沟通, 使流程顺畅;
Set performance indexes for the staffs of the division and conduct the assessment.
负责部门人员各项绩效指标的制作及考核;
Establish standard procedure to make sure the administration procedure is conducted uniformly.
建立标准操作流程以确保各地区按照统一流程处理工作;
Understand strategies of INST business and management team, then deliver these information to team members and ensure correct implementation of the strategies.
理解宾馆机构部业务和管理团队的战略,将这些信息传达给团队成员并确保正确执行;
Supervise and direct team members and help them solve problems occurring at work to achieve more effective cooperation among team.
监督、指导团队成员的工作并帮助解决其工作中碰到的问题以使团队更有效合作;
Provide team members with appropriate training and exercise to help them achieve individual performance objective.
为团队成员提供正确的培训和训练以帮助他们达到个人绩效目标;
Participate in budget making, sales report design, distribution system building and other divisional management activities.
参与预算制定、销售报告的设计及分发系统的建立及其它部门管理活动;
Communicate with company financial division to assist division manager in managing internal C&B and performance assessment.
与公司财务部门沟通,协助部门经理管理内部薪酬及绩效考核;
Requirements
任职资格
Bachelor or above degree, major in finance, business management, law will be preferred.
学士或以上学位。财务、工商管理或法律专业优先考虑;
At least 5 year experience in MNC with MFG activity .
生产型跨国公司5年以上工作经验
Experience in marketing, planning will be preferred .
有市场和计划需求经验者优先考虑;
Strong learning skills, excellent analysis skills.
学习能力强、出色的分析技巧;
Strong English competence in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Proficient in MS OFFICE.
优秀的英文听、说、读、写能力,熟练使用MS OFFICE各项软件;
Good team player, good at project management and interpersonal communication.
优秀的团队合作精神,出色的项目管理能力和沟通技巧。
