Responsibilities:

Support Customers Service and Demand planning team to ensure revenue commitments and productions schedules are achieved.

.Resolve delivery issues by negotiating with suppliers and identifying constraints to meet Customer demand.

.Customer Service escalation point for product delivery issues

.Maintain and establish acceptable inventory levels for support of production without sacrificing cash flow.

.Insure customer satisfaction by daily review of orders with CM to ensure on time delivery

.Daily updates of product committed ship dates in the ERP system

.Purchase order data integrity in ERP system

.Demand / Supply accuracy in ERP system

.Review and resolve with Accounts Payable Purchase order discrepancies

.Decisions made or actions taken on own authority:

Purchases to support customer requirements

.This position will not supervise any resources

Reports and metrics

On Time delivery performance

LT Performance metric

Purchase order accuracy

Past due Invoices

FFO and PFO supply coverage




Education / Experience:

.College degree or equivalent with three or more years materials experience

.Knowledge of MRP, Purchasing practices and policies

.Experience in computerized inventories, production scheduling and purchasing

.Knowledge of computer systems and manufacturing software

.Effective communication skills

.Speaks English
