Responsibilities - To develop shopping center’s media plan based on approved annual shopping centre plan - To implement shopping center’s media plan according to central marketing’s instruction with shopping center manager’s approval - To maintain and update B2C website related shopping centre - To create B2C communication content according to central strategy - To integrate external resources in order to effectively support shopping centre’s needs - To collect and analyze local media’s intelligence on a regular basis. - To establish and maintain relationship with tenants, share the recourses and create joint efforts - To support shopping center’s planning and implementation if needed Qualifications - Degree in advertisement marketing ,public relations management or related subject - 5+ years of solid marketing experience, with strong understanding of basic principles & knowledge of Marketing - With media or relevant experience from shopping centre business or related business - Good communication skill and the ability to be a team player - Ability to work under pressure and to the deadlines - High drive, self-disciplined, self-motivated and willing to take own initiatives - Good written and verbal communication in English is preferred
