Job Description:

- Deliver Broadcom’s platform SW release and solutions to the customer and provide support to the customer.

- Support board bring-up and debugging with customer’s design.

- Provide production support at customer’s facilities.

- Communicate the design change, customization or bug fixes following internal and customer’s process.

- Provide first-level support to platform customization and integration, and initial triage of field and production reported issues.

Job Requirements:

- BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is required. MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.

- Strong communication skill with engineering team, marketing, sales and different customer groups.

- Must have experience in SW design and development for cellular handsets for volume production, and specialized in one or more of the following layers: MMI, L2/L3 signaling/stack, device drivers, and/or API and Java/JNI framework development. Must be familiar with Android development environment. Understand the SW development process.

- 2 or more years of hands-on experience in handset SW design and development. Experience in C/C++. Must have embedded Linux or Android handset development experience.

- Has field experiences to work with some handset customers, and has experiences to handle different urgent cases with good communication manner.
