Hardware designer
Mission
Develop electronic product based on defined standard module for P1 project
Follow the product industrialization in collaboration with Manufacturing Process Engineer
Support P1 project for hardware technical question
Responsibilities
Be responsible of the hardware design for the products in conformity with the specifications
Be responsible of the evaluation and validation tests (issue of the validation test plan and test report) .
Be responsible of technical documentation according to the hardware methodology (HW conformity matrix, Design justification file, simulation, industrial test specification,…).
Insure the technical support for EMS
Insure the technical support for the P1 team.
To apply the procedures and Environmental, Safety and Security good practices, to know, for their activities, the potential risks and their consequences, be there attentive, be reagent, and know the associated action plans.
Competence Profile
Degree/ work experience/ languages
Hardware electronic engineer ( Master of electronic)
5 years of work experience in electronic design (development of Energy converter, power supply, LED lighting products, …)
Knowledge of Cadence Design, PSpice.
Knowledge of the electronic process
Languages : Fluent English.
HW Design Reviewer
Objectives: A Hardware Design Reviewer is in charge to check if a design is compliant with the customer specifications and with the Valeo standards. A reviewer guarantees the technical quality of a design.
- He /she is in charge to check that the set of documentation for a design review is ready.
- The reviewer is in charge to cross-read the documentations and to detect some anomalies / inconsistencies
- The reviewer is in charge to check deeply a schematic. To do that he /she has check lists (provide by the CEE) and he /she needs to ask other questions on the design to try detecting weaknesses.
- When potential weaknesses are detected in a design, the reviewer has to propose ways to solve these.
- The reviwer is able to rank the criticity.
- In case of doubt, the reviewer could replay some calculations and /or simulations.
- He / She can ask for extra measurements.
- The reviewer must be able to challenge different technical solution.
- The reviewer has to check if it consistent to have new components (the goal is to push the standardization)
- When a anomaliy is detected, the reviewer has to propose an up-date of the check-list if needed.
- The reviewer is in charge to collect good solutions in design for standardization.
- The reviewer is able and has the right to warn the management is case of critical issue found.
Skills:
The reviewer needs to have a strong knowledge in hardware (not in automotive product) : 7 years minimum.
He / She is autonomous to improve its knowledge.
A good communication with teams is mandatory (avoid any conflict, be able to convince, to negotiate)
Hardware Leader
Engineering degree in electronics, physics or automation. College or Bachelor.
电子、物理或自动化工程专业. 大专或本科。
College 4 years or Bachelor 3 years work experience in electronic PCB layout. / 大专4年或本科3年电子线路板布线工作经验。
Hardware electronic engineer ( Master of electronic) / 电子工程师 (掌握电子)。
Knowledge of the design methodology, electronic process, quality methodology.
懂得设计的方法论、电子过程、质量方法论。
Can use basic quality control tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, PDCA, 8D report… /懂基本质量控制工具。
10 years of work experience in electronic design and industrialization of products (development of Energy converter, power supply, LED …).
10年电子设计和产品工艺的工作经验(开发过电源转换器、电源供应器、LED….)
Project management experience. /有项目管理经验。
