Research and Development
● Analyse technologies and processes of e-cigarettes market, collect and
evaluate samples
● Establish standards of e-cigarettes models and technologies evaluation
(performance, stability,….)
● Develop new and best e-cig models based on marketing demands

Standards
● Develop and Provide technologies and requirements for e-cig production
● Develop and Provide technologies and requirements for Quality Control
Fundamental Research
● Research and Develop new atomization technologies
● Research and Develop objective e-cig safety standards

Knowledge Requirements

● Full High Engineering Degree
● Fluent speaking English
● > 10 years successful experience in product engineering
● > 3 years Profound R&D management background with successful projects related to
consumer appliances based on physical processes
● System thinking, excellent project management skills
● Extensive Knowledge in various production technologies
● In-depth knowledge of CAD software

● Strong leadership and enthusiasm
● Strong project and team management skills
