Plan and justify strategy of production automation
Plan and calculate ROI and risk analysis for machine development
Hire and manage engineers, technicians, analytics team
Analyse and Monitor Individual Team Members Performance (establish
standards and system KPI)
Build and maintain standards of development, maintenance, problem
solving, knowledge management
Find and research new technologies and techniques in machine
development
Lead development of large scale production automation equipment and
high complexity research equipment
Research and manage key parts suppliers and technological partners
Build machine maintenance and QA/QC standards
Knowledge
● Full high degree in production automation and machine engineering
● > 15 years of production automation equipment experience
● > 5 years of machine development team leading
● Portfolio of high speed (>20000bph) bottle conveyors available on the market
● Development experience of high complexity lab or medical equipment
● Excellent knowledge of methodologies and software for machine development lifecycle
● Extensive knowledge and experience in new machine technologies
● Fluent speaking and writing English
