职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Assistance
1) Assisting Industrial team's travel & meeting arrangement.
2) Collecting team member's booking/project data and report on daily and weekly basis.
3) Assisting sales team for biding and project follow up, especially paper works.
4) Cooperate with other functions to ensue the smooth run of special price approval and quotation process.
5) Cooperate with credit team and fix the AR issues before/during the O2C process.
2. Customer Care
1) Work closely with distributors and business partners to ensure the weekly & monthly booking is aligned with annual target.
2) Follow up PO from distributors and business partners to ensure the O2C process start smoothly.
3) Work closely with order fulfillment team and communicate between OF and customers actively for changes, urgency and updates.
4) Receiving customer complaint and collect data, follow up the close with OF team.
5) Coordinate with AP central support team, ensure the new customer & product data are properly created in ERP system before PO receiving.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with international trading is preferred.
2. No less than 3 years working experience, as assistant or customer service is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
4. Self-motivated and result driven, high initiative and with ability to learn fast.
5. Positive attitude, high sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, patient, smart, good inter-personal skills.
