职位描述
Scope of position:
1) Single point of contact for the customer regarding the technical and functional aspects of a DCT transmission
2) Define and discuss transmission related specification & requirements with the customer in respect to their vehicle application
3) Define and align interfaces of the transmission system with the customer
4) support the purchasing department during the supplier selection and contract negotiation
5) interpret test results and check the technical feasibility of design changes together with the development team
6) check the progress of the development, make and align measures and proposals to achieve the targets of the development
7) provide technical guidance for co-worker in regards to transmission system function and vehicle system interaction
define task for other for members of the development team and check and discuss the related work results
Minimum requirements: skills&knowledge
1) Bachelor degree or above in vehicle engineering or mechanical engineering
2) More than 5 years work experience at OEM or Tier1 supplier in power train and/or transmission engineering field.
3) Detail knowledge of development methodologies and processes used within automotive industry
4) Detailed knowledge about transmission technology and design and how a transmission is interacting with other vehicle power train sub-systems
5) Knowledge of transmission calibration process would be a plus
6) Operations mindset (ie. "keep the machine running")
7) Good written & oral English
