职位描述
Responsibilities：
● Plan and establish a high efficiency and excellent service supply chain system consisting of planning,stock,distribution,delivery service
● To Select, evaluate and negotiate with logistic supplier,set up KPI,manager 3PL in daily operation to make sure service quality
● In charge of stock planning and control according to the forecast
● responsible for placing order to OPC,OHC and importation from global supply
● Making forecast of the inventory in regional and service center level, supplement stock between CDC,RDC and branch WH to make sure of reasonable inventory and good service level
● In charge of stock and operation management in CDC,RDC as well as stock transportation between warehouses,to ensure stock safety and accuracy
● Manage and supervise PPC daily operation of 3rd party logistic to ensure timely and accurate order pick-pack service
● Optimize delivery system and network
● Select and manage couriers to control home-delivery service
● Deal with complaints on logistics and distribution service
● Make out and improve supply chain procedure and process
● Control logistics cost,keep improving operation efficiency
Requirments:
● FMCG (cosmetics/Food/Beverage etc) background prefered
● At least 5 years management experience in logistics field
● Familiar with warehouse management,transportation,3rd party management,import and export,stock planning,rich experience on project and budget control
● Bachelor degree and above
● Good English on reading and writing,speak fluently
