Responsibilities:
1.Supervise day to day operations of all warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, return goods handling, customer service, order accuracy, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, equipment maintenance, FIFO, blocked goods management, staffs training, continuously improvement.
2. Ensure staff are following standard operating procedures and safety standards.
3.Ensure work environment is well maintained, clean, and safe.
4.Provide leadership to maintain a positive team environment. Setup the performance metrics, supervise and be accountable for the performance of your staffs. Manage associate development, evaluation and performance tracking.
5.Establish and monitor daily operational duties and priorities.
6. Ensure that customer orders are shipped defect free with an acceptable fill rate.
7. Monitor and track productivity performance, quality, safety and compliance metric reporting.
8.Identify continuous improvement opportunities and execute changes as necessary to improve accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Preferred Education & Experience:
1.College degree or above.
2. Minimum 6-8 years of warehouse operations experience with at least 2-3 years as a team or shift leader.
3. Leadership and supervisor experience (schedule, hire, orient, train, develop, lead).
4. Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP WM) and MS office
5. Excellent analysis skill .
6. Good team work spirit.
