BSI Job Description
Job Title: Tele-marketing
Reports To: Marketing Manager China
Location: Beijing China
Date: July 2013
Purpose of the position
- Through daily outbound call, inbound calls etc to conduct demand generation on BSI products and solutions, support the sales team by providing high-quality leads and database, develop new business and maintain existing customers, and do the necessary follow-up on the leads to help achieve the business target, and if necessary, identify and develop business partners.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
? Identify and design programs to obtain qualified database, either by working with internal teams or sourcing externally, to support the sales drives and marketing programs
? Manage, classify and maintain the CRM database and identify & recommend the appropriate data for various marketing programs
? Can work with the team to lead to develop the standard call messages for daily routine use and for specific projects
? Can work out organized action plans, e.g. 1st call, follow-up call & actions etc. to maintain existing customers, develop new customers & businesses via phone
? Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified sales leads
? Proactively monitor the industry intelligence, competition and customers trend, update to team in time, and support the industry & territory initiatives
? Catch up the business and industry intelligence quickly, be able to talk in professional way & share in-depth knowledge with customers via phone
? Communicate and collaborate with sales and other business teams to ensure customers inquiries are addressed and appropriate territory coverage and responsibilities are being met
? Sell public training courses directly
? Use SFDC to track the status of the leads and report it to sales and marketing teams, and can do basic or in-depth analysis on the leads result to provide necessary recommendations to marketing & sales initiatives
? Follow operational process including submission of various of reports in high quality and timely basis
? Help indentify and develop business partners when necessary
? Provide necessary and daily support to marketing & sales team members
Candidate specifications
? At least 3 year experience as a tele-marketing /sales
? Be familiar with Excel and other useful tools, SFDC savvy a plus
? Proven track record in meeting & exceeding sales quotas and targets
? Advanced questioning techniques and ability to qualify sales leads
? A quickly learner
? Fluent in written English & can have basic communication in spoken English
? Result-driven and excellent execution ability
? Ability to communicate effectively over telephone and written emails, even with c-level executives
? Good communication skills
? Team work spirit
