1. Implement market development plan within distributed region, try the best to continuously increase market share;
2. Participate in exhibition and business related marketing promotion activities;
3. Manage and coordinate regional distributes business activities in terms of approved agreements and terms;
   Achieve the annual/quarter sales targets and margin (within cost control) targets, try the best to excess the targets which required by the division;
4. Implement seriously company regulations on credit control and collection to ensure collection status within duty meets regulations;
5. Exploit new markets and applications of new products aggressively;
6. Follow important projects closely, report and participate in important activities according to company rules, improve success rate of important projects;
7. Visit customer timely, build up close relationship with key accounts, and input customer information into the company customer information system seriously;
8. Implement sales price and discount rules and regulations, follow the whole process from quotation, contract input, order, shipment, to collection;
9. Join in products and technical skills training energetically;
10. Achieve other temporary tasks assigned by managers;

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or Auto related;
• Above 3 years sales experiences in the related industry;
• Good English skills both of in writing and speaking;
• Good selling skills and selling channels, having distributors’ management experiences;
• Excellent communication skills, hard-working, care to details, integrity and honesty, and able to travel frequently;
