Job Responsibility:
Finance support role to the Engineering & Technology Center(ETC) in AP region. This is a business partnering role that will work closely with local engineering leadership team to provide support and financial guidance in delivering project pipeline. This position will be responsible to improve and maintain ETC operating model, manage day to day accounting requirements of month-end process, lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and MBR process for the centers in Shanghai and Taicang.

Job Requirement:
?Contribute to the overall process of management and decision making to ensure realization of strategic goals and value creation to the stakeholders;
?Ensure on time deliverables for actual reporting/rolling forecast/MBR packages, understand and analyze the variances;
?Drive the development of a planning and control performance management framework that feeds performance management;
?Implement budgeting and financial control strategy, plans and budget as benefitting the department needs and objectives in compliance with company guidelines and requirements;
?Control and track ETC-AP capital investments upon understanding of business needs and risks;
?Maintain an extensive network of internal and external contacts to ensure that ETC operating model is optimally placed and ensure proper cost allocation to cost centers/projects/sectors;
?Provide financial support to ETC-AP business partners and project managers in business cases and project review;
?Coordinate with internal financial teams like internal audit/tax/RTR teams;
?Contribute to policy development of ETC-AP in all matters related to finance/T&E;
?Develop comprehensive knowledge related to ETC bill-outs structure between multiple legal entities;
?Develop and maintain strong technical skills in accounting and other professional areas;
?Develop strong knowledge and understanding of legal and statutory requirements;
?Create positive working relationship with supporting finance team locally;
?Build a positive rapport with global engineering organization;
?Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain poise under pressure;
?Develop detailed knowledge of IR, its markets, industries, and products;
?Seek opportunities for increased responsibility and challenging assignments;
