Customs Manager 关务主管
(Future China Customs Zone Manager)

Responsibilities:
Managing my customs activity functionally
- I functional manage the document quality (both export / import document).
- I set up the VAT refund process by coordinate with export operational team and finance team.
- I manage the tariff for the products in my zone.
- I ensure efficient management of all custom disputes for my zone to minimize their consequences.
- I lead broker selection and monitor broker for smooth declaration and cost saving.

Standardization for the tool and norm
- I understand all the concerned custom/CIQ regulations and my products custom information in my zone, and write down the customs bible.
- I drive the internal customs declaration process standardization and further management.

Communicating
- I actively represent the company in local custom networking groups, in conferences and seminars.

Training and coaching
- I organized the workshop and other custom topic in my zone to coach the my customer in the custom field (doc quality, Process trade rules, etc)

Requirements:
- Play sport regularly
- Bachelor degree or above
- >5 year experiences in customs office or Forwarding company, preferably in multinational company
- Strong knowledge in International Trade Operation, Customs, Forwarding management
- Familiar with Chinese customs/ CIQ regulation and operation process;
- Strong Communication skill, logical, service oriented and strong sense of responsibility
- Oversea experience and Supply chain Management background is a plus
