管理一个4人的成本控制团队，其中有销售控制，材料和库存控制、报表和预算、研发控制、资深成本控制等岗位。
按照成本科职责范围监督月度报表的完成及上报工作。
监督标准成本的计算，并定期更新。
监督预算和预测准备并定期更新。
同财务总监一起编制中期业务计划。
监督和参与特殊项目成本核算和利润赢利分析。
参与财务流程的编制和应用。
参与内部控制流程。
参与流程的检查、纠正和实施。
负责工厂存货盘点。
承担SAP CO模块关键用户的责任。

Supervise a group of 4 cost controllers including, sales controller, material and stock controller, reporting & overheads, R&D Controller, Senior Cost Controller
Supervise the monthly reporting regarding the cost controlling tasks.
Supervise the calculation of standard costs and their regular update.
Supervise the budget and forecast preparation and updates.
Supervise the Middle Term Plan preparation together with financial controller
Supervise and participate in special cost and margins studies
Participate in Preparation and application of financial procedures.
Participate to internal control process.
Participate in procedure checking, correction, and implementation.
Supervise the stock take results for the plant.
