工作职责Responsibilities:
1． Provide daily admin operations and support, including office stationery supply, fixed assets update and maintenance, EHS inspection, etc.
提供日常行政支持，包括办公用品的供应，固定资产的更新与维护，安全检查等

2． Assist in corporate and BU files for HR key project, like TAE, performance management, Org-chart etc.
协助企业进行人力资源重点项目的执行，如员工满意度调查，绩效管理，组织结构调整，等

3． Make travel arrangement, hotel reservations, flight booking, visa application in accordance with company policy
根据公司政策安排旅行，酒店预订，机票预订，签证申请等

4． Process and maintain internal database and documents for supporting employee relations and HR related affairs
维护内部员工数据库和文件，支持员工关系和人力资源相关事务

5． Supervise employees' daily attendance, leaves and etc, and completing related reports
监督员工日常考勤，假期管理等，并完成相关报表

6． Assist in payroll and social benefits preparation
协助工资和社会福利的申报、缴纳工作

7． Keep sensitive in labor laws and relevant local legislations
时时跟踪劳动法及相关法律法规的信息

8．Other HR and Admin matters assigned by Manager
经理交办的其他人力资源及行政事项

应聘要求Qualifications:
1． Associate's degree or above
大专以上学历

2． At least 3 years work experience in similar role
至少3年以上相关工作经验

3． Pro-active and trouble-shooting attitude at work
积极的工作态度和问题解决能力

4． Good communication skills, fluent written and oral English is a plus
良好的沟通能力，流利的英语书面及口语能力优先录用

5． Good PC skills with knowledge of Office software
熟练使用办公软件知识

6． Attention to details
