Sekurit LCC sourcing team focus on developing existing and potential supplier relations and products to promote to Sekurit organization in worldwide. The overall goal is to ensure a Chinese supplier base to provide the most competitive solutions (price, performance, features etc.) to meet market and customer expectations and needs.
The Sourcing engineer is member of Sekurit LCC sourcing team and has main responsibility:

-Follow sourcing strategy to make market study to find out good potential suppliers with RFI, NDA, purchasing specification, Supplier Charter, as well documents require to new supplier.
-Organize internal visiting and auditing to potential suppliers
-Support to make improvement actions with selected potential suppliers
-Launch and organize RFQ/RFP with engineering, R&D, countries with pre-selected suppliers
-Coordinate to organize technical classification among engineering, R&D, countries and suppliers
-Make quotation analysis with internal team and negotiation with suppliers
-Participate to decision process of supplier selection with countries, engineering and R&D
-Contract/PO management to follow up project purchasing, logistics and payment issues between suppliers and countries
-Participate to make supplier performance evaluation
-Make supplier improvement program with related appointed suppliers
-Build up and maintain with existing suppliers relations to find out opportunity to make cost reduction and catch supplier innovation
-Make regular statics and reporting
-Other works assigned by manager

EHS：
-Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
-Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.
-Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.
-Check historical EHS Records for the suppliers or potential suppliers.
-For OEM, organized EHS audit and choose the qualified supplier meeting minimum SG EHS management system requirements and environment-friendly products

Job Requirements
-Education:
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical/Chemicals/ Engineering/ Material Science/ Economic
-Language: English: CET-4 (Fluent in spoken and written English)
-Computer skill: MS office
-Work experience: Minimum 4 years working experience in sourcing, project purchasing (in an international company), prefer to have plant and central office purchasing experience
-Project management
-Negotiation Skill
-Problem solving
-Communication skill
-Work with passion, initiative and commitment
-Travel is required
