Job Title: Program Manager for Supply Chain Solution
Reports To: Sales Director
Location: Shanghai/Shenzhen/Guangzhou China
Date: March 2013
Purpose of Position
? Program Management of key accounts, responsible for design of programs, set-up, workflow, client operating procedures, program monitoring, reporting and communication
? Client interface through regular meetings to support account management activities
? Manage local supply chain program and team members
? Coordinate assessments, verification activities with country operation and regional hubs
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Customer support to our Clients
? Promote BSI’s assessment, verification services and develop client specific programs and associated procedures for strategic global clients
? Client interface through regular meetings to support account management activities.
? Review and maintain client specific program documents and communicate with country’s regional hubs for operation Liaise with the clients on program issues as needed.
? Handle customer enquiries and complaints resolution.
? Work with customer to prepare, organize and deliver supplier, vendor related training.
? Support & participate in clients meetings as part of team to serve and acquire clients
? Indentify customer’s needs and offer supply chain solutions
· Coordinate with country’s regional hubs with regards to audit report delivery
· Coordinate with country’s regional hubs on scheduling Vs customer’s expectation
· Customer Invoicing
· Intra-company billing (with finance team)
Quality
? Prepare and consolidate client specific activity or performance reports.
? Provide client specific instructions & guidance to global operations
? Implement and monitor internal controls relating to client specific program KPI’s.
? Prepare work instructions on strategic clients and control the document distribution
? Take necessary corrective & preventative action to improve execution & client service
? Make resource development plan and raise the level of capability of current delivery team
? Responsible for alignment/consistency and calibration of execution teams
Knowledge /Skills /Abilities
? Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken Chinese and English
? Good time management and prioritization skills
? Flexible approach to working hours and travel
? Self motivated and result oriented
? Ability to work on own initiative
? Professional, keen, honest and enthusiastic personality
? Eye for detail
? Successful completion of a university or a technical college degree or equivalent qualification in relevant studies, e.g. science or engineering
? Appropriate knowledge and experience of the conformity assessment procedures
? Conceptual and analytical thinking

? Broad technical understanding of supply chain assessment, verification and qualification relating to quality , social and environmental issues
