Responsibilities

*Executive study and request by customer (TS team)

*Following the request received from Customer (sales), design and executive study, provide solution.

*Sample preparing accordingly

*Provide training to internal staff and customer, visit customer if needed

*Supporting Roquette product development

*Evaluating new product in application performance.

*Related other company’s product analysis.

*Maintenance of related equipment

*Support to lab daily work and development

Requirements:

Education

*Bachelor’s degree or above with Food science and processing background.

Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

*Fundamental knowledge on food category formulation.

*Familiar to food additives on category and properties. (In certain area)

*Ability to plan and execute experimental programs

Good understanding and know-how on chewing gum and coating, experience on chewing gum and coating in R&D or processing department
