Job Description of Product Manager:

工作任务：

- 领导IT支持团队，管理和客户服务和研究团队的沟通

- 产品技术支持和相关数据收集、数据挖掘服务

- 软件产品的测试和质量控制

- 监控并保证产品和数据的稳定性和可用性

- 软件产品的版本发布

- 领导实现数据服务和监控的自动化

- 公司内部和对外的产品培训

- 理解行业竞争对手和客户需求，提供产品改进建议

职位要求:

- 至少1年以上软件开发经验以及1年以上项目/产品/团队管理经验

- 优秀的多任务管理能力和组织能力

- 良好的中英文沟通能力（书面和口头）

- 主动积极工作态度

- 熟悉SQL数据库知识

* 熟悉广告行业和社交媒体者优先

* 有数据库管理、自动化测试经验者优先

* 熟悉海量数据挖掘者优先

* 熟悉Ruby/Java/PHP者优先
