Company Background:

HMC is the leading solution provider of first-rate loyalty membership programs for the hospitality and premium leisure related industries, headquartered in Newport Beach, California, with regional headquarters in Asia, Europe, etc. HMC works with more than 800 premier hotel and resort clients around the world to develop loyalty programs that generate long-term relationships with customers in local markets to produce incremental revenue.


Job Responsibilities:

l Overall responsible for book keeping and financial statements including management account to ensure its accuracy and timely submission and compliance with accounting regulations of US/PRC;
2 Responsible for financial budget, cashflow, internal and external audits.
3 HR payroll checking and timely payment.
4 Participate in business development including project financial forecast and contract review.
5 Liaison and keep good relationship with local authorities, banker and clients.
6 To lead, motivate and provide direction for the finance team.

Job Requirements:

l Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or related;
2 At least 5 years of working experience in accounting, finance or other relevant areas with 1 year management or supervision role;
3 Be familiar with all finance work, can work independently as well as playing a leading role;
4 Strong team work spirits, self-motivated and detail oriented;
5 Strong problem solving skills and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changed environment;
6 Good inter-personal, communication and presentation skills;
7 Strong communication skills;
8 Proficiency in verbal and written English;
