Company Introduction:
This company is a newly established subsidiary of a U.S. publicly listed company. We are specialized in cutting devices, measuring instruments and safety products in the school, home, office, hardware & industrial markets.
Responsibilities:
1. He/she will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller in Hong Kong.
2. Manage day-to-day accounting operations and prepare statutory accounting and taxation statements.
3. Prepare monthly financial statements and internal reports.
4. Support Financial Controller to prepare annual financial budget & quarterly forecasts.
5. Support Financial Controller to establish proper internal control system & procedural compliance.
6. Guide the company to comply with statutory and tax requirements.
7. Liaise with local auditors and relevant government authorities.
8. Support Financial Controller on different business analyzing reports.
9. Assist in any ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
2. At least 5 years accounting experience, preferably in China domestic trading and/or manufacturing field.
3. Practical exposure in financial reporting, management account, and familiar with HK & PRC accounting taxation.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
6. Independent, strong analytical mind, mature, tactful, good interpersonal communications skills, good problem solving skills and a good sense of priorities.
7. Able to work under pressure.
8. Immediate available is preferred.
