职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，精通C/C++语言、数据结构，有长期的C/C++开发经验和扎实的计算机基础知识；
2、掌握VC开发环境，熟悉各种Windows编程技术；
3、学习和分析能力强；
4、吃苦耐劳，有强烈的团队合作意识；
5、工作经验一年以上。 有C#编程，网络编程经验者优先。
6、表现优秀者，有机会前往加拿大温哥华工作。

Key Responsibilities
-Design, maintain, implement, test and debug code.
-Create tools, features and components t-required coding standards.
-Assist in writing of schedules and technical design documents

Required Technical Skills and Experience
-Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or closely related field
-2+ years of professional C and C++ programming experience
-Experience in Object Oriented Design and implementation
-Experience with Windows systems programming, multi-threading and multi-processing
-Experience in GUI development using MFC
-Ability t-develop applications from conceptual designs/specifications
-Ability t-work with and extend existing code


Performance Competencies (Non Technical Skills)
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Good English reading skills
-Must be comfortable working independently, as well as within a team environment
-Ability t-quickly learn and apply new concepts, principles and solutions.

Assets
-Ability t-test, debug, and extend other Software Engineer's code competently.
-Experience with real-time embedded systems software development is a plus
-Experience in assembly programming would be advantageous

Cermate Technologies (Shanghai) Inc is a wholly owned foreign enterprise. Its mother company has distinguished itself by the development of advanced industrial user interface software for more than 20 years.

The company represents Cermate Technologies Inc., which is a Taiwanese company specialized in embedded HMI products and Windows CE based panel computers, to market and sell the PanelMaster series HMI products in China.

The company is also the sole agent of Sitek in China. Sitek is an Italian company and famous for its high quality UniOP series HMI products all over the world.

In addition to the marketing and sales activities, the company’s R&D department works closely with its R&D headquarter，which is located at Vancouver, Canada, to jointly develop the firmware and software used in the PanelMaster series for the domestic market.
