- 优秀的团队建设经验、管理协调能力
- 善于挖掘潜在客户，有客户资源尤佳；
- 为人正直，诚信规范，具有良好的职业素养
- 良好的沟通和理解能力，解决问题能力；
- 大学专科或以上学历，能理解汽车工程和设计知识；
- 有咨询和外包服务行业销售工作经验者优先录用
