岗位职责：

- 支持和领导混合动力项目的高压系统设计
- 创建和发布所有相关的产品介绍和相关文件
- 完成产品和程序的状况评审，并在项目会议中讲解
- 掌控项目时间，通过创建工作计划来支持和确保项目满足项目时间表
- 设计和开发保险丝和继电器的策略以及电缆设计和高压配电的防护策略
- 设计和开发高压系统布线图支持相关的项目需求和下游需求,e.g售后市场
- 支持标准和产品的建设活动
　
　　　
岗位要求：　　

- 本科或硕士学历,电气或机械工程或相关的专业
- 5年的经验在汽车工程和电气配电系统的高电压领域
- 5年的工作经验与汽车开发项目和电气开发项目。
- 电气CAD系统经验
- 良好高压保险丝和开关器件领域的知识
- 具有国际型工作环境和独立工作的经验
- 良好的英语听说读写能力
　
Job Responsibility:
　
- Support and lead the HV System Design in the Hybrid project
- Create and release all related product description and documentation
- Perform product and program status reviews and participate in program meetings
- Manage program timing by creating workplan to support and ensure key program milestones are met
- Design and develop fusing and relay strategy as well as cable design and shielding strategy for HV power distribution
- Design and develop HV system wiring diagrams relevant to support both program needs and downstream requirements, e.g aftermarket
- Support prototype and production build events
　
　　　
Qualifications　　

- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 5 years of experience in automotive engineering and electrical distribution systems in the field of high voltage
- 5 years of experience in working with automotive development projects and electrical development projects in general.
- Experience from Electrical CAD systems
- Good knowledge in the field of HV fusing and switching devices
- Experience from international working environment and ability to work independently
- Good English skills both verbally and written.
