SAP Analyst - SD

General Summary
1. This job defines, tests, trains, implements, and supports one or more functional areas within a business system.
2. To analyze business processes in the TA China organization
3. To configure the (SAP) system accordingly.
4. To use the implementation procedures
5. To document all new development and modifications of existing settings according to documentation standards
6. To resolve assigned (functional) trouble tickets within the application area assigned
7. To follow TA IT policies, procedures and strategy

Prerequisites:
1. 4 yr university degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Engineering, or Mathematics.
2. Masters Degree desired.
3. 3-5 years experience working at a senior level in the appropriate business process with a good understanding of the business /systems concepts. Supported a minimum of 2-4 SAP project implementations through the entire project cycle supporting SAP SD modules. Minimum 4 years experience working with the relevant systems (e.g. SAP), Extensive experience of project methodology including planning, testing and documentation standards. Experience of providing technical and functional training courses.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional basic knowledge is preferred.


Skills:
1. Strong knowledge on SAP SD modules and configuration.
2. Knowledge on SAP EDI, IDOC and WM modules is preferred.
3. Knowledge on SAP PP and MM, AR process and function related to SD module, including schedule agreement..
4. Knowledge on SAP Query
5. Strong working knowledge of related Business processes.
6. Strong project management skills.
7. Knowledge in other SAP modules and ABAP skill is preferred.
8. Proven skills in presentations, financial calculations, developing quality and comprehensive business cases, delegation, coaching & development, Excel/Word/Powerpoint/MSProject, decision making, control and follow-up, organizing and planning.

Essential Functions:

1. Performs business analysis of systems and follows through the full development life cycle.
2. Translates business needs into technical requirements.
3. Prepares the functional business definition.
4. Performs configuration tasks.
5. Coordinates with other IT groups.
6. Documents and communicates project status.
7. Individual contributor for ERP implementations
8. Instantiates and participates in identifying opportunities for business process redesign utilizing ERP delivered applications and modules.
9. Educates others in the workflow, business processes, and reporting tools within functional areas.
Coordinates, implements, and communicates system change requirements.
