岗位职责
1.负责汽车车身控制系统及控制器/传感器软件规范及需求的开发（包括无线接收、车身控制器、电动车窗、防盗系统、雨刮等）及免钥匙进入/启动系统及控制器/传感器软件规范及需求的开发（包括无线接收、免钥匙进入/启动等）；
Lead the development of software specifications for Body Control Components and Passive entry/ keyless go Components ( Body Control Module, Radio Frquency HUB module, Power Door/Window, Wash/Wipe, Radio Frquency HUB module, passive entry/keyless go...)
-负责具体车身控制系统及控制器/传感器的功能及规范的制定
Lead development of component functional specification
-评估潜在车身控制系统及控制器/传感器供应商的能力
Evaluate and assess potential suppliers for components
-与车身控制系统及控制器/传感器供应商一起完成零部件的DFMEA和 DVP开发，监督供应商的零部件测试，并批准零部件的DFMEA和DVP&Rs
-With Tier I suppliers develop component DFMEA and DVP&R, audit supplier component validation, and approve supplier DFMEA and DVP&R.
-对车身控制系统及控制器/传感器的软件（软件流程图、软件需求文档、软件代码包括车载通讯诊断、中断、flash bootload、 软件测试计划）进行评审
-Software code/test plan review for automotive component in a real-time operating system environment (Software flow, software requirement documents, software code including OBD, interrupte, flash bootload, software validation plan)
-根据CMMI或SPICE审核供应商软件开发过程
-Audit supplier software development process according to CMMI or SPICE
-与车身控制系统及控制器/传感器供应商一起完成零部件的产品开发及验证
-With Tier I supplier develop & validate components
2.根据客户产品开发流程和质量体系的要求，管理供应商高质量的完成产品开发，满足整车开发的时间节点。
Support an implementation of client’s product development process / quality operation system and ensure the milestone deliverables completed on time with quality.
3.支持APQP 中规定的所有要素包括 PPAP sign-off.
Support all APQP activities including PPAP sign-off.<BR></P>
任职资格:
1.电子电路/汽车专业硕士或学士毕业；<BR>BS or MS in Electrical/Electronics/automotive
2.3年以上电子产品开发经验（软件设计）；<BR>3+ years of professional experience in software development experience.
3.具备3年以上车身控制系统及控制器设软件计经验优先考虑；
3+ years professional experience in Body Control Components ( Body Control Module, Radio Frquency HUB module, Power Door/Window, Wash/Wipe...) and Passive entry/ keyless go Components ( Radio Frquency HUB module, passive entry/keyless go) development
4.熟练使用CANoe/CANalyzer/VehicleSpy/Tellus
Capable of using CANoe/CANalyzer/VehicleSpy/Tellus
5.熟悉CMMI、SPICE等软件过程
Familiar with CMMI, SPICE software development process
6.能够理解硬件电路设计，能够使用测试设备模拟，调试，修改软件。能够理解半导体元器件外围规范要求，设计的软件能够满足硬件规范要求。
Capable of understanding Electrical Design/Schematics, and to be able to utilize electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes,BDM,Emulator, CANoe etc.) for simulate, debug and troubleshoot embedded software is required. Capable of understanding Semiconductor Specifications for HW periphals and be able to design software that interfaces with them.
7.具备汽车产品开发可靠性设计经验(i.e. 6-Sigma)优先考虑；
Formal training in Statistics as applied to product reliability and other Reliability methods (i.e. 6-Sigma)
8.有国内外知名汽车电子企业工作经验更佳。
Famous OEM or Tier one supplier work experience is preferred
9.熟悉汽车电子产品开发流程（APQP等）；
Be familiar with Automotive electrical component development process (APQP) is preferred
10.具备车身控制系统及控制器/传感器开发经验优先考虑；
Professional experience in Body Control system/ controller /sensor development is preferred
11.熟悉整车网络构架、CAN/LIN通讯协议及诊断策略优先考虑；
Be familiar with in-vehicle architecture and CAN/LIN communication protocol&Diagnostic strategy
12.丰富的电子产品软件设计经验(micro-controllers and microprocessor system applications, EEPROM, watchdog)，精通C或C++编程语言优先考虑<BR>Thorough knowledge and understanding of micro-controllers and microprocessor system applications is perferred
13.熟悉CMMI、SPICE等软件开发流程优先考虑；
Be familiar with CMMI, SPICE software process is preferred
14.英语说写流利<BR>Skilled in written English and fluent in spoken English
15.精通MS office
