职位描述
The position will:
Support VP, Talent & OD, Learning
-Play PMO role to be responsible for managing and driving project implementation for T&OD, learning team.
-Assist VP, Talent & OD, Learning with preparation of presentation materials
-Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
-Need to claim the expense for VP.
-Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently
-Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the HR VP
-Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
-Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Support Talent Management and OD Team
-Provide data support on talent review/OLR, talent slating through TMS (Talent Management system)
-Support 360 Degree leadership online assessment process from end to end
-Support talent management and OD initiated activities (e.g. webinar, workshop, etc) including session arrangement, onsite support and the follow ups.
-Support early talent development programs, in regards to the logistics, tracking and reporting and small learning projects as required.
Knowledge and Skills:
-Knowledge of project management or with the potential
-Good computer skills (MS office) and experience of using systems is preferred
-English Language: Both written and spoken English in business environment
Must Have:
-1+ years experience supporting at the executive level
-Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
-Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
-Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
-Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management
-Strong work ethics and able to keep complete confidential.
-Customer service mentality
-Strong ability to handle multiple tasks
-Bachelor’s degree
Strongly Prefer:
-Support experience in a professional services, HR, sales or marketing environment
-Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes
