职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop online strategies and initiatives to meet the needs of our customers, serve our Selling units, and execute as part of integrated Marketing campaigns with a focus on online channels to increase awareness, demand and lead generation
2. Influences decisions with regards to ways of working internally and externally in the region (e.g. how we improve search marketing capability locally, how we improve lead tracking processes to drive greater measurability). Look for opportunities to drive efficiencies in our use of software, technologies and online marketing processes – especially to cater for local needs
3. Manage the development, implementation, monitoring, tracking and optimizing of PPC campaigns such as Google AdWords, direct online marketing activity (e.g. display advertising)
4. Manage web publishing, creation of landing pages and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to increase organic search visibility and ranking
5. Work to identify content gaps & publish online content, ensuring engaging customer experience (working with BUs Scientific Writers and Global content team).
6. Work with team to improve the usability of our global website to ensure for a relevant and engaging online experience in China
7. Conduct local VOC to identify areas for improvement in our website offering for local customers.
8. Manage the placement of relevant local content on external PR websites, including news sites, business associations
9. Develop marketing automation programs (and build capability locally)
10. Build out customer database for email marketing. Develop email marketing strategy, programs for China; leverage global email programs and content for local usage. Define best in class design for email effectiveness in your region
11. Track and manage LMS presence on relevant local industry sites
12. Drive brand presence, awareness and engagement across social media platforms and communities. Identify customer needs and insights through search and social media tools and research
REQUIREMENTS
a) Professional Experience
· Work experience:
1. 3-5 years Direct and Digital Marketing experience in a for-profit (preferably Global B2B) organization
2. Experience in executing integrated campaigns with a focus on digital channels (from brief to analyzing data to optimizing performance)
3. Best practice experience gained across website design and development, Search, email, display, web and campaign analytics
4. Detailed knowledge of search engine marketing and aware of the core principles and do’s and don’ts of effective search marketing
5. Strong email marketing expertise and experience with email marketing systems and marketing automation
6. Lead generation focused with proven experience of creating innovative solutions using new technologies to drive differentiation, impact and awareness
7. Good experience in setting online strategies and delivering on needs of Dealers
8. Deep understanding of “how the web works” from a customer perspective (e.g. user experience, behavioural, data, social) and from an executional standpoint
9. Strong experience in developing ROI and measurement methodologies for online marketing
10. Experience with Google web analytics and other web analytics tools
11. Experience in CMS / DAM & other web-based technologies
· Skills required:
1. Leadership and project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing and tracking all phases of a marketing project
2. Analytical, focused on performance optimization and able to simplify data to present meaningful and actionable information to different levels of the organization
3. Creative and passionate about new opportunities for brands in the digital space
4. Commercial acumen important
5. Excellent communication and writing skills
6. Strong presentation skills (writing and presenting)
7. Proficiency in Excel
