职位描述
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Perform general accounting functions; prepare monthly journals; maintain freight accounts payables; fully responsible for region monthly and yearly book close.
执行一般财务职能；准备月度记账；维护货运应付；全权负责区域月度和年度关帐；
2.Ensure that accounting records are timely and accurate and account balances are maintained in accordance with company accounting policies.
确保财务记录及时且准确，按照公司财务政策维护账户余额；
3.Respond to all internal queries regarding payment and vendor information; clarify finance policies for which they are responsible or refer to senior staff on queries regarding finance policy compliance
对所有内部支付和供应商信息做出反馈，向高级管理人员就财务政策合规做出讲解；
4.Respond to all inquiries from external vendors or government authorities on payment status, control vendor’s invoice to ensure they are conform to tax & company’s requirement.
对所有外部供应商或政府机构就付款状态作出反馈，控制供应商开票事宜，确保他们遵守公司或税务要求；
5.Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures (local and corporate – statutory reporting and filing requirements) in order to maintain internal controls so as to safeguard the company’s assets and records.
确保所有公司政策和流程（本地和公司-法定报告和天蝎要求）合规，维护内部流程控制，维护公司资产和记录；
6.Update cash book on a timely basis; update daily bank balance in order to ensure accounting records reflect the current status.
及时更新现金出纳帐；及时更新银余，确保会计记录准确反映现实状态；
7.Handle day-to-day cash expenditures and ensure all the cash receipts are kept and banked according to the financial policies. Maintain cash book on a timely basis; update daily bank balance in order to ensure accounting records reflect the current status.
处理日常现金开支，根据财务政策保存和记录所有现金收据，及时维护现金出纳帐，更新日常银行余额，确保财务记录准确反映现状；
8.Other works assigned.
其它财务相关工作。
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor degree required. Finance background and Master degree is preferred
本科学历，财务专业及硕士学历优先忧虑
2.Minimum 5 + years of progressive analytics, financial planning and forecasting experience in the relevant field
5年以上财务分析、金融计划和预测相关工作经验
3.English language: fluent level both in spoken and written
流利的英语口语和书面表达能力
