Responsibilities:

1.Risk analysis 100% for each RFQ, DFEMA 100% for each project(product).align with WRC design development

process, align with Webasto process when it make sense.

2.Compliance of TS16949 process, to be window and representative of TS for RD, to pass yearly RD TS audit.

3. Build up Lesson Learnt database, collect use of other countries, define template and implement for new

projects in 2011(collect template and bases from overseas).

4. Start the supplier Quality follow-up (review the procedure), be part of OTS process, update procedure.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, mechanical related major.

2. Above three years working experience in automotive environment (RD quality).

3. Basic mechanical techniques and manufacturing processes.

4. Drawings Reading.

5. Fluent in written and oral English.

6. Familiar with the office software.

7. Skilled in the use of quality control tool: functional analysis, DFMEA,SPC, fault tree.

8. Audit process and statistical tool CPK etc.
