Office Assistant

Job Description
- Greet visitors, offering them refreshments and directing them to the right person.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, convey clear message .
- Develop internal communication method & facilities.
- Maintain Office environment( including decoration).
- Be responsible for the office' safety compliance. Assure employees are working in a clean, safe and
appropriate working environment.

Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
- Intensive and detail going.
- Ability to work initiatively, accurately and efficiently.
- Customer service oriented, enthusiasm and patience.
- Effective organizational skills and strong sense of responsibility.
