Responsibility:

Align "APAC" warehousing operations/distribution network and processes to the strategic goals and processes of OSRAM logistics as well as Global Logistics WN, divisions, BU's.Determine, drive and establish effective, innovative logistics/warehousing stratgeies; taking into account specific market environments, standards, service and cost requirments.

Initiating, driving and implementing Cost Cut/cost optimizing activities for "APAC" warehousing operations;achieving and maintaining measurable contributions to the business success of OSRAM and its affiliates.

KPI and cost responsibility for "APAC" warehousing activities,

Responsibility for Performance, Quality, standard (Region APAC) 3PL evaluations/contracts, insure Standard Operation Procedures (country by country, regional), safety & environmental, adherance to dangerous goods requirments as well as compliance are met

Regional Strategies-- DC network optimization, sustainability, innovative tools/equipment and systemsconcepts

Develop and implement efficient communications to allign resources, networks and processes effectively within Region APAC logistics and its affiliates. Establish and communicate clear goals and objectives to continously improve warehouse productivity, servies and flexibility.

Requirements:

>5 years progressive experience in the field of logistics- and warehousing business from a regional perspective; having a regional network of warehouses and/or 3PL locations in Asia, services. Indepth, hands-on knowledge of SCM/- warehouse-/production-/transportation - and sourcing processes; well skilled in dc operating processes, systems, tools (LEAN, six sigma and so on) as well as MHE, storage, DC engineering/lay-out techniques.
Indepth knowledge of the various SCM processes, as well as indepth business knowledge (products, product distribution as well as project and service business).
Well skilled in internal- and external communication, fluent in English. Advanced knowledge in the area of negotiations, strategy and lobbying/managing-up.
Possess the ability to interact, manage and lead national, international, cross functional teams. International and inter-cultural moderation and negotiation knowledge, experience.
