服务工程师
此岗位向上海办公室的服务主管汇报，工作地在杭州，常驻于杭州某一重点客户的办公室内。杭州本地户口优先。
职责主要包括负责监控产品后台数据的运行，及必要时应与其他服务工程师一起到机器现场提供维修服务。

岗位职责
-按照流程要求，对负责区域内的产品进行后台数据维护
-为客户提供产品使用的咨询和培训
-提供维修、备件的更换等服务
-如有需要，应与其他服务工程师一起外出维修、调试机器
-与浙江省内的客户保持实时、良好的关系，并向上海总部反馈客户的最新需求
岗位要求
-本科学历，2年以上工作经验，计算机/电子技术专业背景优先
-熟练使用办公室软件（如excel,word,ppt等）
-英语熟练（对话、邮件、阅读）
-正直、自律、主动
-具备与客户良好沟通的能力，能够独立完成工作
-有驾照，经常开高速者优先
